Program Overview

This program, from The Coordinated Science Laboratory National Center for Principled Leadership & Research Ethics at the University of Illinois, equips research group leaders with practical, evidence-based strategies to tailor mentoring relationships, enhancing clarity, accountability, and effectiveness all while aligning with recent NSF expectations.

 

  • A short, 1–2 hour asynchronous course hosted on Canvas that blends video case studies, expert interviews, and hands-on activities.

  • Aims to help mentors create a tailored mentoring plan aligned with mentees’ needs and expectations.
